Where are you from and then...? 

I’m from Oregon, and I was over my jeans always getting wet at the bottom, so I moved! I moved to Arizona for more sun, took a detour in San Diego, which is where I discovered Lagree

What music defines your style? 

I listen to anything and everything, but house and EDM are what I enjoy most for workouts

What's your fav comfort dish?  

The Parlour is my favorite for pizza

What Mega MOVE fires you up? 

I love Express lunge and Skating for lower, upper - reverse tailbone angel is great because you can really fire up the core as well. Core - any and all kinds, but especially at the back of the machine!

What part of the world speaks to you? 

Give me the ocean, but also mountains. Not a big city person
