STEP 1: GRAB OUR INTRO
As a new client, snag our 2-week unlimited intro for $99. Try different teachers, classes, and make BURN a part of your routine! Download our APP (link below), create a profile, purchase, and schedule your classes. Reserve your spot in advance as classes fill up.

STEP 2: WHAT TO BRING
Wear comfortable workout clothes. We REQUIRE grip socks on the Megaformer and offer some of our favorites for sale in our studios. Bring a towel and a water bottle that can be filled at our filtered water station. No cell phones during class please!

STEP 3: WHEN TO ARRIVE
This part’s important! For your first time, please arrive 10-15 minutes early for an introduction to the Megaformer, ask any questions, share any injuries, and discuss your fitness goals. We can provide modifications and variations to accommodate different fitness levels or previous injuries.

STEP 4: WHAT TO EXPECT
This is a fun and challenging workout with lots of cues and funny exercise names like Catfish, Bear, and Spider Kick to name a few. Be patient with yourself as you learn the workout. Our coaches will assist you and our small class sizes allow for lots of personal attention. Your first few classes will be challenging regardless of your fitness abilities. The key is to stay committed and to keep in mind that while it NEVER gets easier, YOU’LL get stronger!

A common way to distinguish them is: Lagree is rooted in body building principles, like time under tension, moving so slowly that your muscles start to shake to the point of fatigue. Pilates is about alignment, spinal health, breath work and mindful movement

We have a “no filming” policy. Here’s why:
Privacy & Comfort: Our clients consider the studio a safe space to sweat, shake, and struggle without the fear of being in the background of a stranger's social media post.
Safety & Liability: Tripods and propped-up phones are tripping hazards. Furthermore, focusing on a camera instead of your form (especially on a Megaformer) significantly increases your risk of injury. You could lose your balance or trip up on some part of the machine.
Legal Compliance: Capturing other people without consent or recording copyrighted music played in class can lead to legal and licensing headaches for the studio.
The "Vibe" & Presence: Filming breaks the "flow" for other members and distracts from the mind-body connection.

The workout is designed to work your body to muscle fatigue, and you will start to feel and see results in just a few classes. Depending on your fitness level, we recommend 3-4 times a week, allowing your body proper recovery time. We get it if you can't stay away, but listen to what your body needs.

For our regular BURN clients, you are more than welcome to continue classes, and we’ll assist you in modifying accordingly. Please let us know when your due date is so that we may add it your your profile. That part is important for each instructor to know as we’ll offer certain modifications depending on what trimester you’re in. Please have your doctor's approval.
If you’re brand new to the Lagree Method, we lean on the side of caution and would suggest not starting such a core-centric workout for the first time while pregnant.

We require students to be at least 16 years of age and must have a parent or guardian sign a waiver for them. Any student under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian in class.
